Online Personal Training
Distance Coaching Program
This service is ideal for people outside of South Florida who would like access to Cavakia for their personal fitness goals through telephone consulting and online support.
Please note: Cavakia’s Online Personal Training program is only for exercisers already familiar with basic exercises and strength training concepts.
To maintain the level of service that our clients expect, Cavakia generally takes on no more than five Online Personal Training clients at one time. That means that there are always more people who want to become clients than there are spaces in the program.
The first step is to join the waiting list by entering your name and email address below. You’ll then receive an application to fill out and return to us via email.
We’ll evaluate your application, and if we think you’ll be a good fit in our program (ie. you’re motivated, coachable, and open to change), we’ll let you know what the current wait times are. If we don’t think it will be a good fit, we’ll let you know that too – some either don’t really need our coaching or won’t benefit from it, and we try to be very honest about that and recommend other resources if necessary.
All that said, if you’re ready to listen, do as we say, and work harder than you’ve ever worked, fill out the application and we’ll do everything we can to help you get the body you want.
So here’s how to apply:
1) We’ll add you to the waiting list and email you the application.
2) Once you receive our email (be sure to check your junk mail folder), take your time, fill out the application, and send it back to the email address provided.
3) After a thorough evaluation, we’ll respond back with our thoughts and availibility.
*Please note: To ensure your results, there is a 3 month minimum commitment.
Each Month You Get:
-45 Minute Telephone Consultation each with Cavakia.
-Personalized training program updated each month based on how you responded to the last month’s training protocol and your current goals.
-Unlimited online support.
-Access to all information reserved for Cavakia’s private clients.
