Do you struggle with cellulite?
Ever since I became a fitness trainer one of the most consistent questions I get from women is, “how do I get rid of cellulite?” In this article I will share some truth about cellulite and the only approach that one must take to winning the battle against cellulite.
Over the years, cellulite has been targeted by pills, passive exercise devices, brushes, massagers, gels, lotions, and creams, and not one of them has been effective. Since this advertising of cellulite attacking products has flooded the media, people are very aware of the term, and the trend toward believing something other than supportive nutrition and result-oriented exercise will rid the body of cellulite. New offerings for pills and creams continue, and they promise to be just as effective as the predecessors. Does this sound familiar?
Get this straight…cellulite is fat, adipose tissue. It is stored in pockets of connective tissue, which have a tendency to form in the thigh, hip, and buttocks area, primarily in women. The way you “get rid of cellulite” is the same way you get rid of fat. You put the body in a state where it is willing to release fat, so when you exercise to “shape and tone” the fat is being burned as fuel.
To get rid of cellulite you MUST have a concern for 3 elements:
1. Supportive Nutrition
2. Aerobic Exercise
3. Resistance Exercise
If any one of these 3 components is missing, or if you have them in the wrong order you will be limited at best. Apply them correctly to become the sculptor and your body the clay… I encourage you to keep reading as I will expand on the nutrition element in a future blog post.

Hello!
I have been following you on Twitter for some time now and I have also view one of your videos. Your idea of losing weight is pretty plain and simple. Workout and eat correctly. Well, in my case better said than done. I have been struggling with weight for the past year and a half. I don’t believe in pills or diets. I actually believe in your idea. I want to be healthy but I’m surrounded by people who’s lifestyles are similar to my own (not as healthy as it should be). I’m trying really hard to change my lifestyle. I hope to read more on what you have to say and your advise on weight loss.
I don’t have one silly question (lol): I have belly (with a pouch), will or can it ever be as flat as it was before my weight gain? I almost sometimes think ill need a tummy tuck even if I was to lose the weight and tone up right.
I adore ur tweets! Xoxox Tata
Of course you can flatten your belly.. Provided you’re applying the right strategy, Which is my commitment you..Before any medical procedure I recommend mastering the fitness truth by fallowing this blog/my tweets to fully unleash your potential
